The google maps satellite photo is totally obscured by tree foliage and hides the evilness of this ravine. On the other hand, I have ridden the next connection north (from the tennis courts in Chambliss Park to John Adams ES). If I remember correctly, the trail from the school parking lot to Rayburn Ave was unpaved. Again, it is hidden by tree foliage in the satellite photo. Of course we could have just continued around to Winston Ct.

We wound up going Gary to Shelley to the elementary school – there’s a teeny little path you can squeeze through to cut across the playground. Not ideal but it got the job done
