I’d add:
>With Lee/Lynn: (1) the current light cycle and (2) management of different types of users headed in different directions. With the VERY short crossing time for peds and cyclists, we’ve ended up with an unsafe mix of people crossing Lynn and heading off in different directions (mainly Key Bridge and MVT, but also into Rosslyn). Different speeds + different directions + little space = Danger Will Robinson.

My understanding is that the County is drawing up plans to take a lane from Lee WB to expand the Custis. Personally, I think pedestrians and cyclists need to be separated on this stretch (widening a glorified sidewalk just leaves us with a wide glorified sidewalk). I’m not sure if a grade-separated cycletrack is better than a VERY wide trail with clear markings to separate different modes.
