I haven’t contacted MOCO/MDOT – I’m actually rather uncertain as to who has jurisdiction over that road. Anyone know?

Yes, the repairs are being done in the road, not on the cycle track.

Where on MacArthur are you refering to? – They’ve repaved sections in DC recently – are you thinking of further out in MD?
