Riding abreast! Police go cycling

I figure any time I see cops on bikes, it’s a good thing.

I, however, am still smarting from getting pulled over by a bike cop last week!

I’ve run into bike cop groups fairly often, mostly on the MVT. At least there they are riding single file. Then there was one morning where every bike cop in the DC area must have been hanging out in the area just north of the Lincoln Memorial and across from the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. I think I knew what they were there for at the time, but can’t for the life of me remember it now. Must be losing the little grey cells.
