    Thanks Veik, that looks like it will provide a lot of options for commuters — bike to the park-and-ride and take the bus, drive to the park and ride and take the bus, or drive to the park-and-ride and bike the rest of the way in. Options are good. More information from FABB Blog.

    Looking at the bike stands, are those really secure?
    I mean, the nut on that bolt, can’t it be undone in seconds?

    So, the new lot is now open.

    Lots of FCDOT officials out this morning, greeting and passing out new schedule.

    The new route, route 555 is new. And according to FCDOT it should pickup riders at bay “B” at West Falls Church on the return route.

    Been riding past it every day, and it looks great. Very well done!

    I park there most mornings now. Pretty well done and easy in/out for me. Getting on the trail pretty straightforward from the lot, albeit weaving sidewalks.

    I’m actually debating chasing a locker there and riding to there from Leesburg/Purcellville every day then jump the metro. Wife is getting slightly paranoid about the outbound from DC in the afternoons mixing it up on M street.

    I park there as well, just got my locker key in the mail today!

    And some lady is now parking her Vespa scooter there as well now….
