I just met a guy who works for the County who owns one (and parks at 2100 Clarendon). It was a short conversation, but he said he’s had it for 2-3 months (?) and loves it.
There is at least one other person in the DC Family Biking Facebook group. (I’ve heard the same, brief review from her). You may want to ask there.
I’ve passed the RadWagon parked at the Courthouse Wells Fargo, but haven’t gotten to talk with the owner. He’s got it set up with a nice rack and child seat.
