Not quite near the airport but I have rented from Wheel Works in Winter Garden. They have a variety of different bike types and are located right on the West Orange Trail which is one of my favorite trails. Their website is at https://www.wgwheelworks.com/articles/rentals-pg90.htm

I’ve also rented from Spin City Cycles in Apopka which is a very small shop also located near the West Orange Trail. They still have a rental page up but it looks like they maybe are not renting bikes. Website at https://www.spincityapopka.com/rentals

Hope you enjoy your time there. Lots of really good bike trails around Orlando that are rails to trails. If you want to bike with some gators, a loop around Lake Apopka will usually provide the experience.

    Update:
I had a great time cycling in the Orlando area. The trails in the northern part were great. Generally, the streets marked with bike lanes were good, with a major exception being S. Semoran Blvd near the airport. It is a 6 lane fast road, with a (very narrow) bike lane; it was *not* cycling friendly.

My rental bicycle was from Regino Bike & Co. (https://www.reginobike.com/) in Winter Garden. They emailed a diagram and asked for measurements, if I wanted them to set up the bicycle. The Specialized Tarmac was set perfectly for me. It was delivered to the hotel the night before my stay and picked it up on the last day of my stay. They can supply pedals, helmets, Garmin, locks, etc.
Very nice email interactions and a great experience with Regino Bike – highly recommended.
