I think this truck belongs to one of the restaurants at Quincy and 14th NW. That’s where it was when I took this picture.

From the history medallion on the Canal Walk along the James River and Kanawha Canal, flood gate at E Byrd St, Richmond, VA

    Electric Trolley

‘In 1888, Richmond built the first commercially successful electric streetcar system in the world. The tops of the new cars were connected to an electrical line called a “troller,” and thus became known as “trolleys.” The streetcars ran for 60 years before giving way to buses and cars.’

Vidustria by South Lakes HS students, the 4th of the 4 distinctly different visible sides of this sculpture. (The top of the sculpture has a unique design but you can’t see it unless you’re in the Hyatt hotel on a floor above ground level, or have a drone.) I didn’t realize that 2 of the sides are lit up at night but luckily arrived to take this photo just at sunrise when it was still lit up.
