This reminds me – there were people handing out info cards at the Dunn Loring metro station last night about being visible (peds and cyclists) and asking motorist to look out for peds/cyclists now that the time has changed. I asked who they were with but got a mumbled reply back something about MD, VA and DC and I needed to get home so I didn’t ask for clarification.
