Protest Pie With Judd on Saturday 7/7

The trade war has just hit Columbia Pike small business Acme Pie, causing a $4,000 increase in costs for pie plates.

In retaliation, I’m inviting everyone to come to the Arlington Mill Farmer’s Market tomorrow morning between 9 and 10. Acme Pie has a stand there and I will buy pie to share. There is coffee available at the 7/11 across the street.

The Arlington Mill Community Center is located at 909 S Dinwiddie near the crossing of the W&OD Trail and Columbia Pike. In addition to hanging out in a wooded setting on a nice day eating pie, there is also live music.

Thanks to everyone who came out this morning to eat something me pie. Extra thanks to everyone who bought stuff at the market. It goes a long way to support small businesses and helps make my neighborhood vibrant.
