    Someone else may have a direct email contact, our maybe you’ll find an appropriate one on DDOT’s website. If nothing else you can try DC’s 311 service. I think it’s definitely worth reporting.

    I definitely think it’s worth reporting, though also don’t have a good email address. I believe the new law added a “bike ombudsman” or similar to the DC government. Does anyone know anything about that? How to contact? Thx
