    Between traveling, moving, camping in 10 degree weather, etc… I won’t be riding until mid Jan. Beyond dissapointing my team, is there some automatic process that may bench me?

    Just send Sunyata a PM to let her know. And preferably at least register for your team’s Strava club right away once the teams are announced, even if you haven’t logged any miles.

    So clubs/teams have been announced? I have seen no such notice.

    No, they have not. But Sunyata would be the one kicking off people who don’t show up, once teams are assigned. So she’d be the one to contact if you can’t participate immediately.

    I am down in RVA today and staying with my in laws. Hope to get a sleaze ride in sometime Saturday.

    I am 99% sure I moving closer to the Freezing Saddle home territory in just weeks to Chesterfield VA. Hope to get a sleaze ride in each state (CO, KS, MO, IN, OH, PA, WV) on the drive back. May be even to host FS folks coming down for the Monster Cross Feb 18th.

    I think Raymo should be forced to ride a unicycle throughout Freezing Saddles for his transgression. :p

    Well in the end I got a 2 miler I today. Honestly it was mainly walking a bike but…..

    You should nip Illinois on that route too, after St Louis. I like the Nebraska/Iowa route better but it would add ~100 miles. Nothing like a good winter road trip.
