If I could find a boat anchor for under $5, I’d offer it to the leading person who’s last on their team (currently Peter DeNitto).

I’m sure you can find an anchor (if not real, then a toy one). Another way to offer this would be the last place person who is farthest behind the 9th place person.

You’re on the list for the Anchor award, the exact definition of which is up to you. Thanks.

Shall I put you down for this? More interesting might be total miles or points divided by height in inches–providing a little advantage to komorebi, kwarkentien, wheels&wings and other yardstick-challenged types.

You would be the perfect person to award it, too.

Good one. You’re on the list as long as you don’t overburden the data gods trying to determine the winner.

    Is that miles or time?

Thanks to Ian we also have some more weather charts and we can combine into things like “riding in the rain in the dark” — sounds fun :-)

I’m fine with either, and it looks like time is already being tracked– I’m good with that.

    Yes it does.

My kids biked to soccer practice this morning. The two year old was wearing a t-shirt (nothing over it). Would you care to revise that statement? :-)

They rode their bicycles wearing t-shirts in “feels like 9F” temps? Kudos to them, but that does sound a little insane.

Don’t worry we’ve called child protective services already.

They were in the bakfiets. It’s 6 miles, and 2 yo is still on a strider…
