2/28 – Bubble Birds by Dale Rogers in the Tower Oaks community where developers had to follow a City of Rockville ordinance to include public art in their space.
A bike that I accessorized leaning against the new St Patrick’s art display at the Crystal City water park, National Landing, while out on a test ride in Arlington VA.

Public art in the trail tunnel.
Palatine Trail in Palatine, IL is smooth and goes through Deer Grove. The trail users greet each other and the drivers politely stop where this trail crosses roads.
Can you spy my bike amongst many bikes leaning against a mural at Whole Foods Vienna VA alongside the W&OD trail?
I realize this public art does not count because i forgot to include my bike. Regardless this bronze is in front of Christ House on Columbia Road in Adams Morgan. CH provides services to homeless men. The artist says the figure is jesus christ in contemporary attire washing the feet of people who pass by.
My bike leaning against “Connections” in a bus shelter at 23rd & Crystal City Drive, Arlington VA, by Virginia-based artist Barbara Bernstein who created artwork incorporated into the windscreens of seven Potomac Yard/Crystal City Transitway stations. “Connections” contribute comfort, sustained visual engagement, legibility and safety to the transit environment. Each windscreen has an iteration of a simple line becoming an intricate, flowing interdependent pattern. The design provides a unifying concept for the seven stations overall, while distinguishing each station individually through color and creating distinct landmarks.
