Smoke Island, Rockville, advertises itself as a tobacco shop. But am I being overly cynical to think that a shop that sells e-zwider rolling papers with Organic Hemp cone-z and Hempire natural hemp rolling papers does not cater exclusively to the tobacco crowd?

If you notice in the image, it advertises ‘Delta 8″ which is another form of cannabis

Back in the 90s, there were several shops in Pacific Beach, CA that labeled their bongs as “tobacco water pipes.” They even had a sign saying they were for tobacco use only. Not sure if it was a joke or an attempt to get around a law against selling drug paraphernalia.

Catie got it first – but this is the first cannabis dispensary I’ve seen in VA that looks like it might not be for CBD only. It’s at the intersection of Wilson & Danville Sts in Clarendon.
