    A little less than a week to go. I greatly exceeded what I anticipated being able to lose during FS. Still have a couple of pounds to hit my BMI of 25, but very close. Very happy with my results. 2dd5c113d583c45fceb0d12b17a6008d.jpg

    Not a great week, tbh, with a bit of a bounce back up and over the goal weight. Still down 15 pounds from the start and within 3 pounds of final goal with 5 days to go.

    Hit my goal weight of 220 for the challenge. Weighed in at 219.6 this morning. Now on to my ultimate goal of 205.

    With a few days left in FS, I hit my goal weight today, but I’ll probably take it a little lower. BMI is currently 25.2

    First day below 180# in a LONG time.

    Well, after a stubborn backslide over the last week, I didn’t think I’d make it, but I did! From my starting weight of 193, my original goal was <180, which I revised to <175 part-way through. Final weight was 174.2. Thanks, Hancockbs, for setting this one up – it really worked to keep me on track. Knowing I “had to” post a weekly update publicly turned out to me a motivator for me (not sure if that’s a good thing or not, but it is what it is). Still have some work to do to get down to my final target range of 160-165, but thrilled to be back at a weight I don’t think I’ve seen since the year started with a “19.”

    Here’s the final progression:

    1/18 check-in: 186.0

    Final weight of 185 lbs this morning. Still 5 lbs away from my goal weight, but I’m happy with losing 10 lbs in 11 weeks. I was stalled for quite a while, but seem to be losing weight consistently now. I think I’ll hit my goal weight by mid April. Overall I’m down 25 lbs from my Pandemic high of 210 lbs which I am very excited about.

    As of yesterday morning, I weight in at 130 lbs. I have officially lost 13 lbs during the FS competition. It was wonderful to see progress & results from just riding my bike everyday. 😊

    Hi all! My follow through sorta fell through! I’ll tally it all up and announce the winners tomorrow! Congratulations and “Thanks” to everyone who participated. I know that I found a lot of inspiration on this board. :)
