    Monday check-in:

    Starting weight – 193
    Goal: <175 - down from initial goal of <180 (might as well update my final goal too -- now 165)
    1/12 check-in: 189
    1/18 check-in: 186.0
    1/25 check-in: 184.4 …so far, so good, but I feel like a back-tracking week is coming.
    2/1 check-in: 184.6 (I can live with a 0.2 pound back-track. Just need to get back on glide slope)
    2/8 check-in: 183.0

    So far, at the FS half-way point, I am down exactly ten pounds. If I can stay on trend, I should finish FS below my new goal of 175

    223.4 this morning. My weight tends to fluctuate by 2-3 pounds but still maintaining a downward trend.

    I sometimes miss eating a whole pint of ice cream.

    At 222.4 this morning. Goal weight of 220 by the end of Freezing Saddles is in a good track.

    Rate of loss has decreased, I knew it wasn’t sustainable, but glad it lasted as long as it did. Still on track to hit 195 or less by the end of FS.

    I have basically stalled out for nearly two weeks. I think a lot to do with not finding time to get in a solid hour on the bike, and a little backsliding on diet. Still time to get back on glide slope though!

    Down to 220.4 this week. I did a couple hundred squats doing trail work on Saturday loading buckets with sod we removed and then carrying them.
