1/5/25 Tree (deciduous)   These trees are so interesting. During the dormant season they get trimmed way back. The tree forms knuckles, and from the knuckles, more branches grow, causing the tree to spread out. Once they leaf out in the spring, they provide much needed shelter from the desert sun! And no, I have no idea what they actually are called!

1-3-25 Sign (County Line)

This is what you get for (or as close as I can get to) a county line sign in Greece.  I think it will be a rarity for me to find several of the items on my Bingo card this year 🙂  Nevertheless, fun to follow from afar if nothing else.

This oak tree is leaning over my house, so this may be its only appearance in BAFS before we call a tree service.  We had planned to ride over to a county line, but “ghosty” got cold and we went with a backup plan.

Oops, posted the scavhunt here trying to get it in on time with frozen brain. I still don’t have a good system to get to these PP urls quickly. Can I leave this up for a bit in case they check to see if I really did post before midnight, even if in the wrong place? I really hate the midnight rule!
