I had a very positive first visit to Capitol Rehab in Ballston today. Very impressed with the doc, who is a triathlete himself and understands everything that goes into riding and heavy training. I’ll let you know about follow up visits!
Just had my first session today. I found a place on Glebe Rd next to Marymount. Plenty of parking. The only bad news is my therapist doesn’t want me riding outside for a few weeks
