I wonder why those chose a photo of downtown D.C. instead of Arlington.

Note: The photo shows the old concrete bus pad on 14th St., which is now part of the protected bikeway (cycletrack). The concrete had fallen into disrepair, with large cracks and potholes along the curb. I landed in a couple of them while riding on CaBi bikes. After I filed a couple complaints on DC 311, they finally replaced the crumbling concrete with new asphalt. (Since it is in the bike path, Metrobuses no longer use that section of the pavement, so there shouldn’t be a need for a concrete pad in the future.) The path is a lot better now with the new pavement.
