Jefferson is part of my daily morning commute and while I don’t see them daily, I do see Park Police out writing tickets fairly often when I come through ~7:15 – 7:30ish.
The parked cars have never bothered me. However cars who pass me like I’m standing still when I’m motoring along at ~20+mph do.
