When it comes to gloves, my first caveat is “Your mileage may vary”. My keys are 1. is it waterproof? 2. is it wind resistant? 3. can I get it off easily? and 4. (this is gross, but) does it have something soft so I can wipe my nose off when it runs. This glove meets all those criteria for me. As a bonus, it is also reflective, which for me is very nice, since I commute and sometimes ride in the dark.
Also, if you don’t like it, I’ve found Pactimo to be pretty good about returns.
I grew up in Canada, so I can wear a glove like this below 30F, although I will sometimes use a silk liner at the beginning of a really cold ride and take it off later.
Like I said, your mileage may vary… but you can always return them, too.
