ParticipantDo you remember that year that got so cold that BikeDavid rode in the middle of the Reflecting Pool? Perhaps riding in the middle of the river is the true “wrong side”.

I am at a loss as to where to begin with what is wrong with @bikedavid in the middle of the Reflecting Pool, frozen or unfrozen, bike or no bike ….

ParticipantThere is no right or wrong side when you’re in the middle. Except perhaps when the ice is thin!

ParticipantI live in Takoma Park, MD and ride the Anacostia River Trail a lot. I’ve also added in Rock Creek Park hills for variety. I’d love to meet others who ride near me.

BicycleBeth,
I also live in Takoma Park. Happy to meet up sometime and compare riding notes, maybe at the FS Happy Hour next week. If you commute into DC, also happy to introduce you to Friday Coffee Club at Swings if you don’t know it already.
