    Oh please tell me this means the Custis moguls will be vanquished! Or are they still trying to figure out what is causing them to begin with?

    At this point money has been allocated to do an engineering study. That’s all.

    The engineering study should be done by now. We haven’t had an update, but we didn’t see DPR at the BAC Quincy walk through.
