    the speedster is a Rorschach test. It’s either an ELITE yelling with open mouth, or the fraction man smiling pleasantly with his bushy mustache.

    Come to think of it, the speedster kinda looks like a Shawn Gallagher!

    This is only half of the cartoon. The next panel are the parents sitting in front of a computer posting a rant on the board about how an elite tried to kill them with excessive gear shifting and harsh language, which eventually becomes a 12 page thread.
