I’m not aware that there’s a line at the door there first thing Mondays. Could get ugly if they don’t open on time: cyclists get hungry!

Bumping this up: MMPC begins tomorrow morning at 7:30 at Mike’s Deli in Falls Church, on West St right next to the W&OD. Be there or don’t get pancakes!

It’s now on the calendar for tomorrow as a one time event. If there is interest, maybe it could become a recurring event.

That’s how I got carpel tunnel syndrome (and two surgeries)…playing pinball. Almost as much fun as riding bikes.

I completely forgot about Pancake Monday until I passed consularrider (after which I had “like a good neighbor, statefarm is there!” in my head the whole ride in since I had just been thinking about him and lo, he appeared).

Pancake club was a success. The deli needs to add staff to keep up, though, which they inevitably will as soon as they realize they’re going to be inundated by pancake-crazy cyclists every Monday morning.
