ParticipantIf you are searching for this in the app store, it is called ArlingtonVA.

ParticipantI tried using the on-line version. It only allows you to place the marker at street addresses. You cannot place the marker at a location along a trail. That’s a problem.

Did you report it? Let us know what you hear back!

ParticipantI tried to report the concrete mound on the bike lane/road at Potomac Ave. and S. Glebe Rd. (I have reported it 3 or 4 times previously with the older reporting tool, but it never gets fixed. I also tried reporting it to VDOT once. They sent someone to look into it, but told me that Arlington has responsibility for that part of the intersection, in the northbound bike lane on the east side of the intersection.)
When I enter the intersection address, the form tells me it’s located in Alexandria. This is incorrect. The intersection is clearly in Arlington, next to the Eclipse condominiums. I went ahead and posted it anyway, with a note that the intersection is in Arlington. (I accidentally posted it twice, because I never received confirmation that the request went through the first time.)
I used the form in a Chrome browser window, not the phone app.

ParticipantI have had excellent success using the on-line tool (https://www.publicstuff.com/va/arlington-va/report-issues)
For at least 2 years I have been reporting the difficult to see and dangerous steel bollard that was at the S. end of Rock Spring Park to Parks & Rec (admittedly, on and off–but I probably have mentioned it at least 6-8 times). Once I reported it through the on-line tool, it was gone.
(https://www.publicstuff.com/va/arlington-va/trail-maintenance/trail-maintenance-296328)Even more amazing is the bollard collar, chain and lock that was at the bottom of 41st St by the entrance to the sidepath leading to the light at Chain Bridge Road. That collar and padlock had been there for years and years. I have reported it several times in the past, but had more or less given up. Within a week or two of putting it in the on-line tool, the collar was removed and the area of broken apart concrete pavement was repaired.
(https://www.publicstuff.com/va/arlington-va/street-surface-damaged/street-surface-damaged-296325)And lastly, the two orphaned bollard collars at the east end of the Key Blvd. trail–near Scott St., were also removed shortly after I reported them.

I also submitted the request re: the lights on the Custis under I-66 near Bon Air Park that have been out for about 29 months now. The status on that one says “In Progress” -
