Need help finding a bike route to work … from Fall Church, VA to Germantown.

Any suggestions on a route to Germantown, MD from Falls Church VA? I think I have the initial part of the route figured – WOD to Custis, over the Key Bridge, north on the Capital Crescent – but this is where I get lost. Not sure what the best route is to get over to Great Seneca Hwy into Germantown. I’ve been playing around Google maps, but can’t find any easy solutions. Any route advice?
