    I was thinking of gluing some toy traffic cones to a t-shirt and going as a Safe Accommodations Act violation. Or maybe as a beg button.

    How about a heavily-leaning “Stop for Peds in Crosswalk” sign that you frequently see sleeping in the middle of the road?
