Need: 1 sweet gray wool, tweed, houndstooth cycling cap

So I start my pedicab gig next Monday and I think I should look the part. I’ve finally shaved off the winter beard figuring that we are getting no more snow, and I’m left with a pretty dope handlebar mustache and side burns. The last thing I need to pull the 1880s bicyclist look together is a nice grey, or brown wool/tweed cycling cap. Where does one find such a beauty? I would rather patronize a local establishment, than buy online. I could even sew together a pattern but I’m looking to be both swifty and thrifty.

So you want to be a dandy eh? If you want local I would check of The Proper Topper in DC (https://propertopper.com/store/cat/hats/mens-hats/mens-hats-by-style/caps), they usually have a good selection. I have also seen some tweed caps at Urban Outfitters, and most recently had my hands on a bunch at Nordstrom. Here is a handsome bugger just waiting to take a ride in your pedicab!

Like ronwalf suggested, I wear a walz cap a lot. I don’t have the ear flap ones, just the normal. I know it’s not local, but their caps are awesome and I love mine. Just my two cents.
