I found it. Is it over now? I thought we had through today.

Very impressive, especially since we seemed to have a pretty high share of commuting miles.

Bike Arlington should send out a press release when the final tallies are in!

The challenge goes through today. That said, I am not betting that entries will be accepted past midnight (in some time zone) so get your miles logged early.

As of a moment ago, the B team (damn them!) was in 13th nationally, about 800 points ahead of the the A team (in 15th). C team was in 29th. There are about 2700 teams.

Uploading 2 weeks worth for the A-Team right now.

FridayCoffeeClub Team 2 is 195th, not bad considering we only had 6 members log miles throughout the whole challenge.

Is DC really the #4 “state”? Cool…

I cannot believe how close the Bike Arlington A and B teams are. It comes down to the wire!

Am I really expected to believe that Tim Kelly rode the exact same distance in the exact same time every day this month? I can’t help but think this somewhat fraudulent. His August total equals his total for the preceding three months. Smells very fishy.

Woo hoo! Put my miles in today. Now that this challenge is ending, I’d like to say good riddance to endomondo. I will not be logging any more rides on there until next year I guess. I also would like to optimistically say, now that August is ending, good riddance to summer too! What the hell?? 97 today?!

Was a great afternoon at the pool.

There is no doubt that Tim did the miles. The Total 200 and the NY Ironman netted him a bit over 300 miles in two “rides”. In reality, logging the miles the way he did probably reflects fewer miles (and days) than he actually rode.

Total 200 was in July. It’s fine to assume that Tim Kelly rode farther in August than all but ten of the riders in this challenge, but I have absolutely no reason to believe he did so.
