    A slacker* with my bike!

I know this isn’t the definition of a slacker in the original list…but per Steve O:

Keep in mind that you do not have to go to the actual thing. You can take a picture of your bike by something that is somehow related and let people figure it out

    So yea.

From the link: “Those who avoided participation in the draft came to be known as “slackers.”* Derived from the Latin “laxus,” the word was used primarily for nautical purposes prior to the war; a description for a slow moving current (e.g., a “slacker tide” or “slacker water”). Once the war effort began, however, “slacker” became shorthand for a range of activities perceived to be unpatriotic.”

Here is DC’s memorial to the “slacker” antonym, those who did serve, and died, in WWI.

“On June 2, 1919, a militant anarchist named Carlo Valdinoci blew up the front of newly appointed Attorney General A. Mitchell Palmer’s home in Washington, D.C.—and himself up in the process when the bomb exploded too early.”

Please remember that your bicycle is required to be in the picture.

    This seems like a contradiction

Kitty gets yet another point for Carlo Valdinoci. At this rate we wont even be able to catch Kitty in the final Jeopardy round!

When Puerto Rican revolutionaries made an attempt on Truman’s life in 1950, the White House was being renovated, so the president was staying at Blair House.

    Next: National Guard

Again, SteveO has jumped the gun. The item is not in play until the official divination of score.
