"My Stations" function on CaBi website no longer works – just me??

Hi there – I don’t use Spotcycle app, but I do check via web browser. It seems that the “My Stations” functionality of selecting favorite CaBi stations no longer works. When logged in, I can add my stations, and they appear normally, but then after logging out and logging back in, they all disappear and none are shown.
Emailed ‘customer service’ several times, but it’s been months. Is it just my account or are other CaBi members experiencing the same.
Any help appreciated. Thanks, JOHN
