ParticipantMeetup at Proteus at like 7:45?
I might modify and just ride up the ART to Franklins rather than going through town. Look forward to joining you on this ride.

ParticipantOh, good idea, Jeff. Original plan was start at Filter, end at Brookland Pint, but Filter doesn’t open until 8 which felt a little late given my lack off speed, so I changed it to Vigilante. Then I should have routed up the ART, no reason to go through Brookland now. So we will do that. Thanks for the suggestion. Yes I did put Proteus on the route hoping I could pick up some riders there.

ParticipantI hope to join — this is a great way to celebrate an impressive achievement! It depends how late I stay up on Friday finishing a script that needs to run flawlessly on Saturday…. and did I mention that I’m not a programmer….

ParticipantSlim chance I can meet you at the W&OD/Little Falls (mile 74/75) and ride with you to Capitol Hill. 2pm-ish? But that is without a lunch stop…

ParticipantRod, I think you just need to turn on live tracking so the rest of us can follow you to know exactly where you are at any given time and can jump in when we’re ready

I’d prefer not to but if the group insists and we have time. Cosi in Bethesda might be quicker.

Im hoping to average 10mph so figure from that where we’ll be. You can call me to see how we’re progressing. Please notice the route has been changed. We aren’t going Capitol Hill.

ParticipantI remember around this time last year you had a century ride to Annapolis where I thought “maybe I can actually do this”, decided to go, and had a fun time. As long as I can wake up and meet you in time, I will ride with you before breaking off once we hit the Wilson Bridge in Alexandria around mile 87. See you in the (yawn) morning!
