    I’ve been on it daily for the past couple of weeks now and its not clear to me why they can’t get it right.

    The problem points are clear of any vehicle traffic and bikes and peds don’t weigh *that* much or cause that much lateral movement of the plates.

    Seems like shoddy work to me.

    I haven’t paid much attention…is this part of the big DC Water project or is this Pepco or DDOT…?
