Memorial Bridge – Wilson Bridge Loop

Well I finally made it. Pentagon to Douglas Bridge. Then If you have a military ID and can get on Anacostia Naval and Bolling bases then it’s just a cut through DC Village to Oxen Hill park, over the Wilson and north on the MVT. About 26 miles on old ironsides, my Trek 3700 tractor. I like loops.

Nothing is as pleasant as the long bumpy grind through traffic up Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Anacostia. You really need to re-do the ride.
