Memorial Bridge – 9- December

At 3:00 a.m., the approaches to and from the bridge, on the south side, were fine. Once on the bridge, there was ice and sludge covering most of the sidewalk, but rarely all the way across — until you get to the wooden “ramps” over the joints. As one would expect, those are covered in ice and sludge. The sidewalk between those two spots, the section designed to open, is covered in ice. Be careful.
