EFC, Wash Blvd is likely Washington Blvd improvements near EFC Metro. I know some money was accelerated in the last CIP so that ped (and bike?) improvements by Arlington could be done in concert with VDOT’s I-66 “Spot Improvement 2” near the Metro. Not sure what all is involved in the project though. The EFC Sector Plan calls for Bike Lanes on Washington Blvd so…maybe?
McKinley Rd is likely the project to put buffered bike lanes on a big stretch of McKinley Road near McKinley Elementary school. This improvement was called out as part of the study looking at the McKinley Elementary School expansion.
Basically, though the EFC project is on Sycamore street, and the Washington Blvd project is separate but in the same area.
