Lost: old school iPod on Custis/Mt. Vernon Trail near Rosslyn

I dropped my old school iPod (approximately 4-in screen?) on the Custis/Mt. Vernon Trail biking from Rosslyn toward Roosevelt Island, right at the bridge that goes over the GW Parkway. Wednesday night (9/25) around 8:45~9:15PM.
It disappeared in the 2 minutes it took from when I dropped it at the start of the bridge to when I turned around at the bottom of the switchback to head back to get it. If you picked it up, I would love to get it back.
It’s a roughly 7 year old iPod with a translucent brown cover and a screen protector. Thanks!
