Lost on Wednesday 7/23 on the Mt. Vernon Trail near National Airport. Thin, black coil, combination bike lock with silver combination mechanism. If found, please let me know – thanks!

I remember seeing a thin cable combination lock out on the trail around there towards the end of last week. FWIW, I didn’t notice it this morning, but it’s possible that I just wasn’t paying enough attention.

I almost stopped to pick it up last week when I saw it, but I thought it better to leave it there in case the owner retraced his steps. Now that the owner has come forward, I wish I’d picked it up for you.
