This may give you some idea, at least for one section…Rose Hill and Lake Barcroft are nice areas to ride, and Eisenhower/Cameron Run make for fairly convenient connectors. If you want to loop further down into Annandale, simply turn left onto Kearns from Sleepy Hollow and then get on Annandale/Hummer. Someone else will have to give you more direction from there though…
