    Who do you report to lights that are out on the Four Mile Run Trail? They are and have been out for a few weeks under the GW Parkway Bridge. Route 1 is fine.

    There are no light posts there, these are mounted on the wall. I haven’t been paying attention, but I expect the ones under I-395 are out again since it seems pretty dark under there.
