    Finland does not “kid” around when it comes to things with wheels. Kids are taught not only how to ride their bikes in the worst of winter conditions, they also demand very straigent young drivers training that produced much more skilled motorists behind the wheel regardless of conditions.

    -17 degrees Celsius… that’s still isn’t quite sub-zero Fahrenheit!
