    Traffic has just now started crossing Key Bridge from DC to Rosslyn. The VA to DC access is still closed off.

    I haven’t seen anyone crossing in the past 45 minutes and don’t see any cars coming from DC now.

    A police car with flashing lights just led cars over from DC and the DC to VA lanes are full. VA to DC just this minute is open.
