Hey all! I’m Steph W on strava… I couldn’t make the happy hour last night, but looking forward to meeting everyone and getting out for some rides!

Hello team. I’m George but most people call me GK. This is my first BAFS! I live in the Springfield area and have a pretty flexible schedule so I’m ready to meet for any group rides. Nice meeting the few team members at happy hour last night. Let’s ride together soon!

Hi Team 15! So nice to meet you (virtually.) I couldn’t make the HH last night as my daughter came down with the cruddy head & chest cold that is going around. My name is Elizabeth …here in Bike Arlington it’s elizsnyder (last name Snyder) on Strava I am “Elizabeth I Like Wheels”. I live in north Arlington and commute to Rosslyn. Can’t wait to meet everyone! I did 15 miles this morning in honor of team 15! :p my commute is usually around 4.7 miles unless I go the long way…

Hi Team 15! My name is Kurt. I already know several of you as this is my 3rd Freezing Saddles, and I’m a regular at the Hump Day Coffee Club at Best Buns in Shirlington. I ride a recumbent, mostly commuting between the Tysons Corner area and L’Enfant Plaza, and on weekends I often take on every recumbent rider’s nemesis: hill climbing. I hope to get to know the rest of you at coffee, happy hour, or group rides.

But first, a moment of silence for reji’s faithful steed, Pinky, who met an untimely demise this morning under the wheels of a cement truck. Fortunately, our Captain was relatively unscathed.

Glad she is okay! Hopefully the driver stopped. Man, that sucks.

Hmmm, something about celebrating a birthday or some other such BS reason. [emoji41] Play on, young Jedi. Robyne will be a good captain and you’ll have a great time with this team. But Team 8 will crush it!!!

I’m glad Reji is ok and I hope she ordered the Renegade Escapade as a replacement. I hear Ultegra bikes are crush-proof.
