A quick response. Since I ride this just about every morning, I’ll report back when it is cleared.

“Thank you for reporting the blocked ford on the Four Mile Run Trail. Your reporting efforts help us keep the trail in good condition. A crew member will be out soon to clear the blockage. Work order 60189 has been created for this request.

    Tuesday, June 25th update.

The big downed tree was moved off the edge of the trail. However, the stream blockage has not been cleared and the Run is stiff flowing over the ford to a depth of about four inches. The small berm at the orange 33 marker is still there, be especially careful of the BIG chunk of concreate on the upstream side of the ford.

Big thumbs up to the county parks people. The stream bed had been dug out and the Run was again flowing under the slab ford. There is still lots of sand and gravel in the area and we’ll have to see how it shifts in the next few rains. The berm at orange post marker 33 was also cleaned up.
