A crazy ivan on a MUP caused a crash and serious injuries.
“Bundy (the runner) believes there is nothing he could’ve done to prevent the collision from happening, claiming it is the responsibility of cyclists to pay attention to what is ahead.”
Glad to see that the cyclists-are-responsible-for-everything-and-everyone defense did not work. It’s a very interesting case though considering how contentious trail use around here can be. Moral of the story IMO – call your passes because even if the runner can be found at fault, it’s not a suit you want to have to bring in the first place.
