    This reminds me of one of the rules of the road I learned from a friend from Boston:
    “No U Turn” means “U Turn is Possible.”

    Ha, the comic was great.

    Although with the first sign, I really think they should add the word “maximum” to all speed limit signs since they do take the time on some signs to denote a lower limit. (Note, this argument does not work in court although a friend once tried it for a highway speeding ticket).

    This video helps to prove that point – man gets ticketed for NOT riding in bike lane…in response decides to film self crashing into various objects that often block bike lanes… hilarity ensues.
