Is strava acting up today?

My strava feed wouldn’t come up, data sync failed. mobile data works, GPS works. record appeared to work and ride with gps works. I was able to see my profile but not my feed.

I rebooted my phone, didn’t help. I uninstalled and reinstalled strava.

I If I manage to get POTM’s “rescue bike” working (turns out local bikeshare is closed for the season) this will matter to me.

I got it to open for about 10 minutes which let me update today’s ride and then it went down again.

While we’re on the topic of Strava…..

I’ve been doing some swimming for the past 6 months or so and so far this year I have entered 4,200 yards in 4 different swims into Strava…. (manual entries exactly 1000, 1000, 1000, and 1200 yards).

Why the hell does it say that I have swum 4198 yards? This isn’t a GPS issue. It apparently doesn’t understand integers and is trying to round something down maybe? Makes no sense.

It’s those 3 flip-turns you missed where your toes did not even touch the wall. Strava knows all.
