I know I am not the only one anxious to get back to any degree of our old normal, be it rendezvousing at coffee shop of choice, or group rides, however organized or ad hoc. But I am also quite aware that Coronavirus is still out there, and like Honey Badger, it don’t give a s***. We locally are managing the pandemic to some effect, but elsewhere in the country, it is PARTY TIME for the virus. I decided early on I don’t want that ride. The article offers some realistic information to make your own risk assessment.
I had plans for the year [sigh]… Best I can do is get out on the Two-Wheeled Rolling Antidepressant on a somewhat regular basis. And we do have this social venue.
Be safe, all, and WEAR THE MASK in heavy traffic.

My opinion but I think it’s safe as long as good people don’t blow snot everywhere and spitting every couple of miles. Better to swallow it anyway and retain the moisture unless someone is on a race team with a support car passing out water imho.
